Case 001: A home in County Durham, October 2026
An evening investigation lasting about an hour and forty minutes, with calling-out sessions in two rooms: the living room and a bedroom.
A baseline K2 EMF sweep before the sessions showed nothing out of the ordinary. During the sessions a Flux 2 device activated a few times in response to occasional questions, although environmental causes can’t be ruled out.
The team sensed a man they believed to be a former occupant. He seemed not to realise he had passed and still saw it as his home, and had been a bit of a nuisance. We spoke to him, told him he had passed and could move on with help from his loved ones, or could stay if he stopped disturbing the household.
The homeowner was happy with the visit. We’ll follow up after a few days, and if activity continues the options are a return visit with cameras or a cleansing.
